Our Managing Director, Bill Dagan, has fulfilled key roles both within market operators and with market participants. Having recently worked for fourteen years for a major market player, Customized Energy Solutions (ces-ltd.com), Bill performed as a business analyst, solutions architect, IT director, and market participant. There he also designed and directed the development of their scheduling system which is used by the operations center to schedule over 400 resources across all North American markets. He was also instrumental in designing many internal processes and custom revenue, operations, and settlements reports for all electricity markets. Through his role in managing all resources in the NYISO market, he helped build one of the largest renewable portfolios in NYISO, comprising wind, solar, storage, hydro and land-fill gas facilities.
